In episode three, host James Wolner learns more about western North Dakota, the place where Victor Newberry lived and died.  It’s a place where, according to some,  “everybody knows everybody” and people are “accountable” to one another.  While exploring and contemplating the accuracy of those statements, we meet two of Victor Newberry’s friends who explain why Victor, a somewhat quiet and secretive man, might have been looking over his shoulder in Glen Ullin.  Some documentation about an altercation surfaces.
