“I was with Victor out north of town.”
In episode 7 we learn about a stranger that came into the police department two days after Victor died and said, “I was with Victor at his car.” We also learn that the audio and video taped interview with this person cannot be located by the Sheriff’s office. Why was Victor’s wallet lying on the ground next to him? More questions arise.
